We stand by the quality of our sustainable gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. If your new Solgaard gear isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we make the exchange and return process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original Solgaard box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
